I am not happy with the way my claim has been handled, who can I complain to?

We apologise if we didn’t meet the level of service you expected. We will do everything we can to resolve your complaint immediately – please call our Claims line on 0333 103 0030.

If we can’t resolve the situation over the telephone because we need to investigate the matter further, a full explanation will be provided as to what steps are being taken. If we are still unable to resolve matters to your satisfaction, you can contact the Financial Ombudsman Service on 0800 023 4567.

How do I make a complaint?

We aim to provide a high level of service and we want you to tell us if we don’t. We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them promptly. We’ll record and analyse your comments to make sure we continue to improve the service we offer.
